of C Diversity Resource Base
(with thanks to Keith Dobson, Susan Graham,
and others, University of Calgary)
Purpose statement: In an increasingly global
and diverse society, psychologists face the ongoing challenge
of ensuring that our educational and clinical theories
and practises are adapted to suit diverse client and student
populations. The Diversity Resource Base provides
information to both members of the university community
and the community at large through books, journal articles
and a web-site. These deal with clinical and professional
aspects of diversity in its broadest sense including age,
gender, ethnocultural, sexual orientation and ability.
We hope that these materials will be used to inform curricula
and teaching models; provide a context for application;
and create partnerships between community, research, and
practitioners.

- ADPTC Practicum
Competencies document This document was developed
by the Association of Directors of Training Clinics (ADAPT).
It provides a detailed description of evolving competencies
expected during practicum training in psychology and can
serve as an excellent foundation for program goal-setting
and evaluation formats. It is also useful for internship
training development. The Association welcomes its widespread
use and feedback on its improvement.
- APPIC
Training Document Samples APPIC's website supplies
a variety of sample policies, surveys, self-studies, and
evaluation documents.
