A warm welcome to our new Executive member, Alanna Johnson, who is joining in the Student Representative role. Alanna is a PhD student in Clinical Psychology at the University of Manitoba, and will be using her knowledge and enthusiasm to engage students and share input on key professional issues. Earlier this year, CCPPP did just that! We asked academic and residency Training Directors to help us move the needle on sustainable leadership in our programs, and what resulted is a template manual, with many resources and sources of information plus ready-to-customize templates.
