Nova Scotia Health is currently looking to hire 1 PhD/PsyD psychologists to join the DBT team at the Borderline Personality Disorder Treatment Program in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia (centrally located within the Halifax Regional Municipality). This is a part-time (70%/0.7FTE) permanent position. Recruitment incentives are available and can be negotiated with successful candidates. We are an outpatient service run by an interdisciplinary team comprised of a psychiatrist, a social worker, psychologists, and trainees (including doctoral psychology students and pre-doctoral residents), providing all modes of DBT. We also offer 2 other groups that provide treatment using other modalities (interpersonal process group and an ACT & positive psychology framework).
